Nerdy Fitness Vlog 53 Slowly But Surely


I, Pablo Gunnerchat about Nerdy Fitness which includes nerdy stuff, fitness stuff like workouts, food/diet, music/workout music, comics, video juegos, shows, anime, y mas. I talk about yoga, pull-ups, abs legs, chest, and biceps workouts. My diet consisted arroz con pollo, Noosa yogurt, mango, cheese stick, naranja, cheese cubes/dried fruit & nuts, organic gogurt, egg/cheese/potato/ sausage or chicken burrito, organic crackers. For music I chat about Florida Georgia Line Anything Goes, Dashboard Confessional Crooked Shadows, Picturesque, Broadside, 2Pac Me Against The World. The comics I've been enjoying and suggest are Cap, Bats, Spidey, X-Men, TMNT. I've also talk about watching Rebels, Jessica Jones, Gurren Lagan. I talk a little about playing Kingdom Hearts, Metroid Samus Returns. For my question I want to know what pajamas you wear.

Day 1: Yoga/Abs, Legs/Curls
Yoga: ten breaths each pose

Day 2: Yoga, Push-ups, Pull-ups
Yoga: ten breaths each pose
Push-Ups: 15 Diamond, 20 Military, 25 Regular, 30 Wide
Pull-Ups: 10, 8, 6, 4
Legs: 10, 8, 6, 4
Curls: 6 reps at 90lbs, 4 times
Day 3: Swim for 23 minutes
