I, Pablo Gunnertalk about Nerdy Fitness which is inclusive of fitness and nerdy stuff like workouts, food, music, comics, video juegos, shows, movies, y mas. This time I go over each week, day, and some of the workouts I did. I mention my healthy and unhealthy eating choices which consist of Rudy’s brisket/turkey/corn, Village Pizza calzone, Dion's santorini pizza, chicken skewers, riced cauliflower, Noosa yogurt, organic honey bbq chips, organic trail mix, Sandia, cherries, organic gogurt, pistachios, salmon & organic brown rice, chicken burgers, M’Tucci’s, Laguna Burger, breakfast burritos. I get into the music I listened to on my commute such as Robert Plant, Maren Morris album Hero, Billy Currington song Do I Make You Wanna, Whitney Houston, Can’t Stop Love by Chandler Stephens & Kane Brown, Kane Brown, Wu-Tang album Enter The Wu-Tang(36 chambers), Bee Gees hits, Lady Antebellum. I discuss the movies and shows I watch like Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom, Cloak & Dagger, Luke Cage Season 2, Netflix Safe, Love Simon, The Greatest Showman, Ant-Man & The Wasp, Negotiator, Traitor, 9/11 documentary, Legion of Brothers, James Bond doc, Becoming Bond, and Hotel Transylvania 3. For games I mention that I've been playing Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Pokémon GO, Gears 4, beating Kingdom Hearts, and Mass Effect on insanity. When it comes to comics I chatted about Harley Quinn vs Joker, Plastic Man, The Weatherman, Detective Comics, Shanghai Red, X-men Gold, Ant-Man & Wasp, and Adamantium Agenda. Week 2:
Day 1: Bi’s, Abs
Biceps: 50 alternating curls(10), 30 angle curls(15), 40 alternating twist curls(20), 30 alternating hammer curls, 10 barbell curls(60), 8 cable bar curls(100)
Abs: 65 breaths legs out hold, 65 spread eagles, 35 leg lifts, 35 spread eagles, 66 flutter kicks, 35 spread eagles
Day 2: 6 mi run in 1hr 5 min
Day 3: 2 mi treadmill run in 14:50, Tri’s, Abs
