I chat about altering my workouts to what I'm going for whether that be prepping for tryouts or getting cut for cosplay. I get into my diet some of which has been unhealthy though delicious like Rudy's BBQ but also healthy, clean food like cod, broccoli, brown rice, Chobani yogurt, organic cheese stick, mango chips, snack pack, vegetable straws, chicken & rice burrito, salmon broccoli and brown rice, salad, fruit, Noosa yogurt, rice chicken vegetable bag.
