Nerdy Fitness Vlog 50 Justice Leaguer

I, Pablo Gunnerchat about Nerdy Fitness which includes nerdy stuff, fitness stuff like workouts, food/diet, music/workout music, comics, video juegos, shows, anime, y mas. It's another short workout week since I called in sick for a few days. I talk about my treadmill runs, pull-ups and abs workouts, biceptionals & abulars workout, and chesties & tricepies. My diet consisted of  mini ham & turkey sandwich, pita chips, prime rib from Roadhouse, deep dish pizza from BJs, pita chips and goat cheese from M’Tucci’s, chicken teriyaki rice bowl, manzana, naranjo, chicken kabobs, beef n broccoli, trail mix, bacon ham sausage egg hash browns burrito, bacon hash browns carné asada, trail mix. I chat about Dashboard Confessional, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Adam Carolla podcast, Midnight Diner: Tokyo Stories, Punisher, the sweet comics I been reading; Mojoverse, Spectacular Spider-Man, Metal, the new Super Mario Odyssey game, more Mass Effect: Andromeda. I also saw and talk about Justice League so I ask what your favorite Justice Leaguer is and why as I do the same, y mas.
Workout: 
Day 1 treadmill run 4.25mi 38min incline 1.5
Day 2 1.5mil elliptical in 16min, 4 sets of bench press
Day 3 1.5mi treadmill run in 10:18min, 3 sets wide grip pull-ups, 3 sets pull-ups, 3 sets of chin-ups, 4 sets twists of 50, 4 sets sit-ups of 25,
bi’s y abs: 3 sets of 20 full alternating curls, 4 sets of 30 leg extension ab hold, 3 sets of 10 barbell curls, 4 sets of 60 crunch hold, 3 sets of 10 preacher curls,
Day 4 4mile treadmill run in 36 minutes,
4 sets of 15 Dumbbell Fly 30 4 sets of 15 standing barbell Skull Crushers 4 sets of 60 flutter kicks 4 sets of 60 heel touches 4 sets of 15 Dumbbell Press 30 4 sets of 15 barbell tricep press 4 sets of 30 hello Dolly’s 4 sets of 50 oblique crunches Burnout Tricep Push Down Burnout One-Arm Dumbbell Extension
