Nerdy Fitness Vlog 49 Weird Week
I, Pablo Gunner, chat about Nerdy Fitness which includes nerdy stuff, fitness stuff like workouts, food/diet, music/workout music, comics, video juegos, shows, anime, y mas. It's another short workout week since I called in sick for a few days. I talk about my treadmill runs, pull-ups and abs workouts, biceptionals & abulars workout, trying to get the wife to run with me. My food consisted of leftover Root Beer Ribs from BJ’s, grilled chicken on a stick, mashed potatoes, organic saltine crackers, blueberry Noosa yogurt, dried fruit & nut mix, cheese cubes, mini ham & turkey sandwich, chicken fettuccine alfredo, manzana, pita chips. I discuss the Netflix show Tone Bone got me into, Midnight Diner: Tokyo Stories, Veterans day and Netflix movie Sand Castle, documentary, Korengal, The Long Road Home, the comics I had been enjoying like Mojoverse, Spectacular Spider-Man, the new Captain America, and Metal comics. I go into my progress in Metroid Samus Returns and Mass Effect Andromeda. I ask what your favorite football team is and why as I do the same, y mas.
