Nerdy Fitness Vlog 48 Stranger Things

I, Pablo Gunnerchat about Nerdy Fitness which includes nerdy stuff, fitness stuff like workouts, food/diet, music/workout music, comics, video juegos, shows, anime, y mas. I discuss the workouts I did with my workout buddy from work, other guys, and on my own. I did a yoga, 5 mile treadmill run in 48 minutes, pull-ups, abs, push-ups, bi's, shoulders, abs, another treadmill run that was 4 miles in 30 minutes, then triceptagons & chesties. My diet consisted of a ham sandwich, manzanas, chicken strip, potato wedge, crackers, fruit & nut mix, snack packs, salmon, mashed potatoes, green beans, mini ham sandwich, pita chips, shredded chicken n potatoes, mini turkey sandwich, firehouse sub. I listened to disco, Bruno Mars, Secondhand Serenade, the Clash of Kings audiobook, binged Stranger Things Season 2, had been enjoying the Mojoverse, Spectacular Spider-Man, new Captain America, and Metal comics. For gaming Playstation released a lot of awesome stuff in Paris like Spider-Man, Last of Us Part 2, and much more. I ask what your favorite character from Stranger Things is as I do the same, y mas.

Day 1 AM Yoga
Day 2 AM treadmill run 5mi 48min incline 1.9 cal 535
 Day 3 AM wide grip pull-ups 4 sets, 5 sets pull-ups, 5 sets twists of 50, 4 sets sit-ups of 25, 25 military push-ups, 30 regular push-ups, 25 wide grip push-ups, 25 llcooljs, 25 leg lifts, 25 hello dollys, 50 scissors
 Day 4 PM bi’s shoulders y abs: 4 sets of 20 full alternating curls, 4 sets of 20 side lateral raise, 4 sets of 10 preacher curls, 4 sets of 20 front lateral raise, 4 sets of 10 barbell curls, 8 sets of 10 shoulder press, 4 sets of 10 incline alternating curls
Day 5 AM 4mi treadmill run in 30min, PM triceptagons & chesties: 8 sets of 10 one handed cable pull downs, chest press, 4 sets of 10 standing overhead barbell skullcrushers, 4 sets of 10 incline chest flys, 4 sets of 20 reverse tricep extensions
